Profile for Body Move Pilates

My name is Sylvie Fracchia.

I was born in the South of France in 1965 and spent most of my life in a small town, called Bourg-en-Bresse, near Lyon. I have lived in Denmark since 1993 and I have 2 beautiful children.

Dancing has always been a big part of my life and I have had the pleasure to teach both dance and aerobics. 2003 was a new and special beginning for me.
Focusing on a better mental and physical well being became a mission for me and that’s what led me to becoming the dedicated Pilates instructor I am today.
